As the Director of Multicultural Services at Eastern Mennonite
University, I would like to cordially invite you
to consider being a Vendor or recommending someone to be a Vendor at -
Our Multicultural Services Family and Friends Reunion Weekend,
February 1st - February 3rd 2008.
This weekend is the kick - off event to our African - American History Month Celebration here at EMU. Our theme is
"My Soul Looks Back in Wonder . . . "
As the Director of Multicultural Services at Eastern Mennonite
University, I would like to cordially invite you
to consider being a Vendor or recommending someone to be a Vendor at -
Our Multicultural Services Family and Friends Reunion Weekend,
February 1st - February 3rd 2008.
This weekend is the kick - off event to our African - American History Month Celebration here at EMU. Our theme is
"My Soul Looks Back in Wonder . . . "
Weekend events include our 8th
Annual Gospel Extravaganza, Soul Food Cafe
and Holy Hip Hop Jam!
Our main event for Vendors will be on Saturday, February 2nd from 10am - 4pm in the Campus Center Greeting Hall. There will also be additional opportunities to set - up your merchandise throughout the
weekend. We are looking for Vendors representing African/African -American Arts, Crafts, Clothing, Jewelry, Cosmetics, Literature and more!
EMU will provide each Vendor a space during the entire vendor event, a table and 2 chairs for a $25.00 fee.
All proceeds sold will be 100% Vendor Profit. All lodging and
transportation costs are provided by the vendor.

However, the EMU discount rate of $65.00 is offered to vendors who plan to stay overnight at the local Holiday Inn.
Please respond with your interest no later than January 2nd 2008. The $25.00 non - refundable fee is due to EMU
in check or money order form no later than Friday, January 11th 2008.
A Vendor Agreement will be sent to you upon your request to
participate in this exciting weekend here at Eastern Mennonite University.
This is also an opportunity for Churches, Graduate Schools, Community Agencies and other organizations or institutions that serve, recruit and celebration the African/African - American Community to rent a space to network and let our Multicultural Students and Alumni know about your services. A $20.00 non - refundable fee will be charged to any "not for profit/information only" tables.
