In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the philosophical, scientific and spiritual principles from which the Kemetic movements and postures come from.  Explore the concept of Kemetic Geometric Progression as applied to movements.  Learn how to perform ancient Kemetic postures, movements and sacred poses.  Learn the concept of Kemetic concept of flow.  Experience the healing powers of movement on both the physical level and the energy level.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to harness, enhance and actualize their internal power through the science of breathing.  Explore the science of breath and its fundamental role in creating our reality.  Learn specific breathing and breath control techniques that will heal and balance the body and mind.  Learn how to assume the deepest states of relaxation.  Learn the true meaning of meditation and the Khamitik concept of perpetual meditation.
